You have never been on skis before, but may have watched people taking part. The Snow School will guide you through your first steps on snow. Introducing you to your equipment, how to put it on properly, how to move around on flat terrain.

Aim- We aim to be improve your coordination and balance while giving you a solid stance. Then introducing you on how to start making turns, working towards skiing your first green run.

You may have had ski lessons on artificial snow slopes in the UK, or have been on a skiing holiday before but only spent a limited amount of time on snow. You can snow plough turn but may you have a stronger side i.e find it easier to turn one way than the other.

Aim- We aim to conquer green runs and and aim towards blues by the end of the week. We will build on your steering skills allowing you to control your speed.

You are in between ploughing and parallel turns. As you move away from a snow plough you may find your skis becoming parallel towards the end of your turns on greens and blues You find that sometimes you make a complete parallel turn but are not sure how you achieved it.

Aim – We will develop your ability to perfect theses turns and work towards consistent parallel turns by the end of the week.

You can ski parallel on green & blue runs and are looking to be moving up to easy red runs. You may have tried a red run before but may of found your speed increasing without control.

Aim- We will help you to discover new ways of using yours skis to cope with speed and terrain.  We Look at different drills and exercises helping you progress up to red runs.

You can ski parallel on steep reds and easy black runs, but find it hard when challenged with new snow conditions and changes in terrain.

Aim- We will look at how to make adjustments in your skiing for different types of snow & terrain. This will help you perfect your skiing on all black runs.

You can ski all of the pistes including black runs but are looking for new challenges like bumps, steeps, off piste, and high speed carving.

Aim– Together we will explore bumps, steeps, off piste and high speed skiing. Exploring how you physically approach these and look at how you process each challenge mentally.

All of our lessons are taught in English. If you still need to find other level charts for the rest of your group you may want to check out our children’s ski levels or snowboarding levels.
