Yes, Méribel is a great place to learn to ski, with plenty of gentle green and blue runs and dedicated beginner areas. Our English-speaking ski instructors offer lessons for adults and children of all abilities, including complete beginners.

The Altiport area is popular with beginners, offering gentle green runs such as Blanchot and the Piste des Inuits. Yeti Park in Méribel-Mottaret is another good option, with an easy green run designed for beginners.

We have separate ski level guides for adults and children to help you choose the right lessons for your ability. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced skier, there's a level to suit you. Our instructors also assess skiing abilities during lessons and can adjust group placements where necessary.

Our main ski school meeting point in Méribel is outside the lift pass office beneath the Tougnette Bubble lift. Your meeting point and lesson time will be confirmed when you book, so you'll know exactly where to go.

Ski passes are not included in our lesson prices and must be purchased separately. The pass you need will depend on your skiing level and the lessons you've booked. If you're unsure which pass to purchase, please contact our team for advice.

We recommend wearing warm, waterproof ski clothing with layers you can easily remove depending on the weather. You'll also need suitable ski equipment, gloves and goggles. Helmets are compulsory for children's lessons, and we recommend that everyone wears one.
