When you book your private lesson, you can share what you want to achieve. Our team will use your information to match you with the best ski instructor for your level and interests. If we need more details before the lesson, we will contact you to make sure everything is arranged. We can also provide video analysis on request.
When you book you will receive confirmation on your meeting point and lesson time so you will know exactly where to go and timings so you can relax and enjoy your time in the mountains.
Tips for Private Ski Lessons
To make sure you get the best results from your private ski lessons, it helps to be clear about your goals. Tell us what you want to work on and share as much detail as you can. This allows us to select the right ski instructor for your ability and the experience you are looking for, whether that is technique training or an off-piste adventure.
If you are booking a private lesson for a group, try to include skiers with similar experience levels. Our instructors can support mixed groups, the terrain chosen will suit the least experienced skier, which means stronger skiers may not feel as stretched as they would in a group closer to their level.
For off-piste lessons, please inform upon booking and this advance notice helps us plan routes based on current snow conditions and avalanche forecasts.
If you want to include a restaurant stop during your lesson, it is a good idea to reserve a table early. Popular mountain restaurants can book up fast. Let us know if you would like help arranging this.

Who are private lessons for?
Private lessons are catered for all ages and abilities. If you like 1-2-1 instruction or your party consists if 1-3 people who need lessons this can be the most cost effective way of learning.
What is the youngest age for a private lesson?
We do not have a minimum age for private lessons but we would advise around 3/4yrs old is a great age to start.
What are the benefits for private lessons?
Fast track your lesson with private ski lessons, they are completely bespoke to you and your party. Fast track your learning. We can pick up and drop off at your desired location. Lessons are for up to 3 people at no extra cost.
How do I know what level I am?
Please see our adults or children’s levels pages for guidance. Your instructor will also check your level on the first day.

Does my lesson include a lift pass?
Ski passes are not included, they need to be purchased separately.
What type of clothing and equipment is suitable?
This really depends on the weather, but its always a good idea to have layers on that you can easily remove if you get too hot. We advise goggles with the option for sunglasses. Helmets are very important and advise everyone to wear one.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
If you know you need to cancel your booking, please email us asap advising us of this and we will action in line to our terms and conditions.
How many can take part in private lessons?
Anything up to 8 people. The initial cost is for 1-3 people, anything after this would have a small additional fee per person.

- Instructor Gratuity/Tip is customary and at your own discretion.A good instructor enhances your skiing & holiday experience, If you feel you’ve received excellent instruction, tipping is a way to express your gratitude. Local currency is preferred. Our instructors also accept gratuity via PayPal or the office staff can help you pre/post trip.
