Meet the Snow School Team
About the Snow School
The Snow School is a small family run business, born in 2010. Since this time we have had thousands of satisfied customers, with our reviews speaking volumes.
We work hard at The Snow School to provide our customers with a first class service and hope they in turn come back to ski with us year after year.
We have developed a very good understanding of what customers expect from their lessons, enabling us to design lesson programmes that are progressive, informative and fun.
We care about our customers and aim to give a personal touch with all our lessons.

Paul
As a child, Paul learnt to ski on dry slopes and soon became a member of his local the race team in Brentwood, Essex. From the age of 6 to 15 he travelled the UK competing.
His love for snow sports started in 2003 where he spent his first winter season in the 3 Valleys. This is where he trained to become a ski Instructor and where he has spent most of his career.
Paul gained his BASI ISTD qualification in 2010 and since then he has built great relationships with our clients, most returning year after year.
Interesting Fact: Paul’s passion in the summer is cycling. He takes up numerous cycle races, one of which is The Marmot- very famous in the Alps!
Francesca
Hi! I’m Francesca.
I’ve been skiing for as long as I can remember, surrounded by the amazing mountain views of Valle d’Aosta in Italy, where I took my very first steps on the snow. After years of racing, I completed my journey in the best way possible: by becoming a ski instructor!
My relationship with skiing hasn’t always been easy, but, like all the best love stories, the challenges only made it stronger. Now, skiing is one of my biggest passions, and sharing it with others is what makes me happiest. Seeing people go from absolute beginners to having fun on the slopes (and doing it safely!) is just the best and reminds me why I love this job so much.
Interesting facts: I’m in my third year of studying physical engineering, a path I picked almost randomly but ended up loving! In my spare time I love trying new things and jumping into new experiences with enthusiasm, always learning something new along the way.

Alberto
Ciao! Nice to meet you! My name is Alberto..
Here I am: back to the Three Valleys, where for the first time in my life I fell in love with snow! In fact, here I learned to ski when I was 3 during a family holiday and since then I’ve never stopped having fun in the mountains.
In my career as a skier I enjoyed many different disciplines -snowboarding included- and I went from FIS competitions to ski mountaineering and freeriding. Now I’m a “maestro di sci” (equivalent to BASI level 4 ISTD) and federal ski coach, but I vividly remember what my first steps on the snow were, as well as the joy (and patience) of those who were my mentors: exactly what I would like to be in my turn!
Interesting facts: during the night you may find me cooking delicious Italian food for my friends or in front of my laptop while studying for my degree in Economy. In the summer I work as a mountain bike guide and sometimes I find myself involved in ultracycling races and adventures!
Tea
Ciao! Hi, my name is Tea!
I am from Turin and I have been introduced to ski by my dad when I was 3 years old, in Bardonecchia, Italy.
In my career as a skier I have always raced in many different disciplines and I became ski instructor at the age of 20. For the first two years I worked in Bardonecchia with an Italian school, then I moved here in the Three Valleys.
Skiing is my main passion, but I like everything linked with the mountain, like climbing and trekking.
Interesting fact: I am attending the third year of the university of economics in management and communication and I like very much studying. Furthermore, I enjoy dancing and taking photos and videos of all the experiences I live. I am very patient and positive.
Hope to see you this winter!
